Payment for Products

As some products may be subject to availability, we will inform you as soon as possible if we expect a delay longer than our published availability. All payments to Beobee Limited will be payable strictly in advance.

Beobee Limited may make any changes in the specification of the products which do not materially affect their quality or performance. Beobee Limited does not provide any warranty for defects that occur in products 14 days after delivery.

Delivery, Returns and Cancellations

Beobee Limited shall not be liable for any delay in delivery howsoever caused.

All orders for delivery to addresses within the UK are delivered free of charge. Delivery costs for addresses outside the UK must be agreed and paid for in advance before an overseas order will be confirmed.

An order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and 14 days following delivery of the goods. In the event that you wish to cancel an order, you will be responsible for meeting any return postage charges.

Goods may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in the same condition they were at the time of delivery and in their original packaging or similar. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.
